Facilitate conflict resolution and restorative practices in school environments
Guide school leaders through complex disciplinary actions and due process
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with educational values
Human Resources Compliance, Policy & Governance
Ensure full compliance with state and federal education employment law (e.g., Title IX, FMLA, PERB)
Draft and revise Human Resources policies in alignment with board goals and labor agreements
Conduct Human Resources audits and implement corrective action plans
Deliver training to administrators on contracts, evaluations, and Human Resources best practices
Strategic Human Resources Leadership in Education
Serve as a trusted advisor to superintendents, boards, and district leadership
Align Human Resources strategy with district goals for student achievement and equity
Lead change management during reorganization, downsizing, or leadership transitions
